G5 series gear clamps are manufactured entirely with grade 316
stainless steel for extra corrosion resistance. They were designed
for use in marine applications where 201 and 301 stainless
materials show signs of corrosion. G5 all 316 stainless clamps
are ideal for use in shipbuilding, marine engine repair, water
treatment plants, pulp and paper manufacturing, and chemical
plants. They provide extra reliability in underground installations
such as sprinkler and swimming pool piping. G5M micro series
have a 1/4” wide band, and G5 have a 1/2” wide band.
